Elzai Games

Elzai Games is a one-woman indie games developer who commissioned me to create a new logo for her. This was the brief I was given:
The style I’m after is like, pixel-art synthwave, something that’d fit in the world of Va1-HAll-a (that’s probably not how it’s spelled). Primary colors I’d like are black and purple, maybe tinges of blue, black being more the background one. Vibe… I hope this is specific enough, but I want it to feel… “Calm on the surface, hiding a hum of activity underneath”. That’s probably not helpful. Like, I want a similar vibe to one of those pictures of a girl sitting in a quiet room, with a window showing a bustling city at night, that sorta feeling.
